TEN YEARS FROM NOW

About sixteen years ago I phucked-up my knee really bad, dislocated, sprained and pulled the ligaments, and it's hurting like a mutha right now so I'm popping Tylenols and massaging it sad and child let me tell you, when I get up in the mornings all I hear is snap crackle and pop. What the phuck am I going to be like ten years from now? cry

Total knee replacement surgery? It's sometimes the best option to relieve chronic knee pain.

hug Damn. Sorry to here that sweety. If it happened 10 years ago it's probably unrelated. Does it look swallon? If it is then the knee cap is able to move (although it's still suported) thats why U can hear crackling. There is still swelling in my knee and I was worried because when I straighten it I heard the same sort of noises that I heard when I dislocated it. But the reason I hear it is because swelling above and below it is allowing the key cay to move up and down. It will go when the swelling goes!

Aspercream is awesome... Helps with the pain instaneously...

Also, one other thing works great Castor Oil soaked in a cloth, put the cloth in the microwave oven to heat, and put the cloth on your knee..

Good luck, hun...and hopefully it will feel better soon.. hug
