I was reading about out-of-the-ordinary vacations, and one of them was where people stay in these caves in Mexico and learn to read Tarot cards! Apparently, I can wreck a car like nobody's business...
I've always been able to calm down angry dogs with amazing ease... I can make any kid, anywhere, laugh and smile... 
I'm pretty good at capturing the inner beauty of people on film... I can drink a 6-pack of Coke in a minute and a half... I've been told I give very good advice... I can figure out what the tip should be on a dinner bill instantly in my head... I'm great at the card games Eucre and Bullshit... ...um...that's probably it. | |

I used to teach both tarot reading and basic astrology. This reminds me of a program/"scholarship" for women writers I heard of several years ago...apparently, some wealthy woman up north owned a small house/cottage on a beautiful island somewhere, surrounded by nothing but acres of land, forest and ocean...and 3-4 times a year she offered this house, completely free of charge, to a promising female writer...the winner got to stay in the cottage for one month, all expenses paid(including travel expenses), and just write and create the entire time there...A woman I worked with during my Getty internship won it the year we worked together...it sounded amazing. | |
