Its all about the EYE CONTACT.. Also i am very friendly so i usually will just walk up to someone and start talking away.. Usually It is harmless coming from me, but i have been told it also can be taken in a flirtatious way... I still think it is all in the eye contact. If you want something bad enough, just give taht person a good come get me look.. it works everytime!
