What is your city famous for?

I live in North St. Paul Minnesota home of the worlds largest snowman. I just happened to drive by this snowman, and I was thinking to myself how cool I used to think it was when I was a child.

It actually is a neat landmark looking out on Highway 36.

I don't know the folks in the picture.

By the way Dez Dickerson's mother's house is almost right across the street and that house is famous for the phone number we all know and love big grin

777-9311

As a child my phone number was 777-9312 which I always thought was cool because it was so close to the song. I live only about 2 miles from where I grew up but now I'm stuck with a 770 preface :damn: lol

I am already thinking about Halloween. I plan on reliving this picture by making myself the same costume.

I also am thinking my dogs might be devils.

It's the parading around in costume! I didn't go to Anoka High School, just elementary and Junior High. And Halloween's my favorite too!

I was being sarcastic...

The Big Dig has cost MA millions of dollars. It's an underground tunnel that they are building to "alleviate" traffic. All it's done is raise our taxes and cause headaches. It's the most ridiculous thing I have seen.

Charlotte is famous for losing an NBA team because the tax payers would not build the billionaire owners a new arena. Now we're building another billianaire owner a new arena.

or something like that. the funny thing is i live in texas and rarely see cowboys, and when i do, most of the time they are either hipsters wearing the stuff ironically, or just suburbanite posers
