What would u do? I was at work 2day and was chatting away with one of my workmates, and somehow we got chatting about a rather strange topic. The question was:
"What would you do if u woke up one morning and realised that you could no longer hear or see anything". ??? | |

Without exaggerating, I might kill myself. First thing I'd do is see if those implants (cochlear???) would work for my hearing. As well, there is a new technology that can wire a camera directly to one's brain, allowing completely blind people to see. It is still new and uncharted territory though. I'd find out if there was a chance at least one of these two things could work for me. I would communicate by scribbling things down on paper, probably yes and no questions, and people could respond by moving my head up and down or side to side. I would also do a lot of crying. If there was no hope for me, I would probably kill myself, because I would live in a world where I could experience very little, and I would know all that I was missing.
