Someone tell me, what does frou-frou mean? Is that when all the apartments in a complex share resources like laundry facilities etc? If so, that's fucking shit. My mate's posh new apartment in Dublin is like that... I'm like, your paying how much? And you don't even have a washer-drier? smile
