Farewell, beloved Futurama Your life was too short...
Of all the shows on TV to be cancelled, this should have been the last. You made me laugh every Sunday (and on weekdays when the DVD came out). You had heart, integrity, and love. Your characters we could all relate to. Your sci-fi, we could all fantasize about. You were a great show, and I am sad you are gone. The last episode made me cry. Who would have thought that a slapstick cartoon could have so much emotion in it? I'll miss you. I hope you come back one day, though I don't think you will. Fans of the cartoon, Matt Groening, or quality television, please post here. ... There's one more time slot for the execs to put on a second-rate reality show. ...
