hmmm... It looks kinda good. I hope they film a different ending to the original (just to keep it more interesting). The first half of the tralier seemed true to the original but the second half could of been an entierly different film! I'll wait til I've seen it before I coment further! (I hope they keep the phsco familly in it!)

I think the original was exerlent although I would of changed a few things. I think the start was a little slow but the last 30mins to an hour were fantastic!

classics are re-made everyday. Some just need an update and new blood for a new generation. The original was good but could have been much better. Once they are in the house i almost peed my pants.

I was just reading about Tim Burton signing on to do 'Charlie & the Chocolate Factory' and remake of Willie Wonka.

I love that movie but would also like to see what twisted images come out of Tim Burton's head for the chocolate factory and the oopa loopas, especially in 2003.

Well, I wouldn't go as far as to say that classics are re-made every day.

There's already been an attempt at re-making TTCSM. It was called 'Texas ChainSaw Massacre - The Next Generation' and basically it was dire (sorry shausler). This new movie looks like it's simply taking on the 'ChainSaw' name and making yet another bog-standard 'teens in peril' movie.

Have you ever seen the pointless re-make of 'Psycho'? Have you ever seen the re-make of 'Night Of The Living Dead'? And as for the re-make of 'Carnival of Souls'... All those movies completely missed the point of what made the originals so dark, grim and genuinely un-nerving.

I wonder what will be next? 'The Exorcist' re-make?

Anyway, enough of this 'serious' discussion (it's not something that I normally do).

In the name of the Org Fun Mafia, I challenge you to a game of golf;
