Obsession is a stones throw from addiction. Where is there any good in that?
Too much of something (even love) means overcompensation for something else missing in a healthy balance. How bout those types who stay in their subjects life to harass. Another sick way of staying close to the person (even if they tell others of their hatred).

What do I do if my love for someone very quickly turns into hate? Should I prevent myself from loving this person too strongly? NEVER prevent yourself from loving another person! But if you start to hate instead of love walk away. i disagree that love turns to hate. that whole 'thin line between them' thing strikes me as about as accurate as the saying 'a picture is worth a thousand words' i've never started hating someone i once loved. just doesn't work that way for me. i think there are different kinds of love. loving someone simply because they exist and expecting nothing in return- that's genuine love loving someone for how they 'make you feel', that's not love, that's a form of selfishness. imo this is the type that can turn to hatred. just my 2c

Obsession - That Cologne that was popular in the 80's but people still wear it today

Truth.Very well spoken. You have to love your self to even understand these words though. Most people don't. Too much dis-ease walking around. Sign 78 that you're obsessed with Prince: You buy a John Prine album- just out of curiosity.
