That's right, all of 'em. They are paid far too much for the limited "service" they provide. A lawyer would charge less, if paid by the hour, to preside over these boilerplate sales contracts.

This shitty system needs to be reformed. Every time a house is bought or sold with the help of one of these agents, housing prices get worse. With spiraling housing costs in cities like SF, these charlatans still think they deserve their 6%.

And most of all, I'm nauseated by the narcissism that seems to come with the job. These people think they're celebrities with their cheesy photos plastered everywhere.

Even though it has nohing to do with this site, I would have to agree. My overal experience with them has not been good.
