What movies make you cry? For me, the answer is 'lots of them', but particularly Edward Scissorhands. The first time I saw that movie, I cried/sobbed/bawled through pretty much the entire last half-hour. It's just so beautiful I can hardly stand it.

I'm so ashamed to admit this, but Interview with the Vampire, the first fight scene of Charlie's Angels I and the opening sequence of X2 have honestly been the most recent film moments to make me cry. I just thought they were SO beautifully produced!

The Elephant Man with John Hurt and Anthony Hopkins. It was just the way he was so gentle and appreciative of the way his friends helped him. Particularly when he was given his shaving kit and taken 2 the cinema, discovering his inner self, after the abuse and mocking he's been subjected 2. I find the end of the film also quite poignant and moving as John Merrick (The Elephant Man) rearrangers his pillows knowing his death is near. | |

Almost forgot one of my favs! Carrington! And i love michael Nyman's music for this one. So sad and so beautifull at the same time. Another one that has some beautifull photography and editing is "Latcho Drom"; a film on the origin and evolution of gypsymusic. Some great bits in that one!! I have to admit it, Titanic, the ending part...with the old lady...just that whole years-gone by thing...whew, you felt that could be you. Made me love my girlfriend more and cherish every moment.
There was another one...let's see...hmmm...i forgot, but there was another movie that made me twist in the chair and go "whew". If I remember i will post. | |

Well,I don't really *cry* during any movie...lol...but the ending of "The Goodbye Girl" gets me all choked up
