I am sick of hotels!!!!

I spend more bloody time sleeping in hotel rooms than in my own bed at home. I am sick of the travelling, the expense, eating out all the time...doing nothing much when I could be doing something useful at home...It is driving me mad

It mught sound good, but I have got to the stage, I will be glad to never see another hotel for a whole... hmmm ...6 weeks!!!

Grrr!!!

I get the same way. Even though my last trip was only 2 weeks, I was ready to come home to my own bed and my own shower.

Yes, I travel the world and stay in really top hotels, now I am "living" in a 'not very nice' hotel in London, during the week, and go home at the weekends to do my washing and stuff...it isnt much fun, beleive me... sigh

I love hotels too, but I'm a little more picky. smile I don't stay at places like the Four Seasons, but aside from essentials like a clean and comfortable room, I like to have the following amenities:

  • Interior corridors
  • Restaurant/Room service
  • Indoor pool
  • Hot tub
  • Sauna
  • Broadband Internet access

All other things being equal, I'll stay at hotels affiliated with Marriott or InterContinental (the latter is the parent company of Holiday Inn), since I'm a member of their frequent guest programs.
Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position.

try Wingate too. they're very clean and new-looking but at a DECENT price. on the high end of decent, but still decent. great place.
