I must confess...


The Cast:
A couple of friends of mine took me to dinner with them last night and there son who has always been a friend of mine, had brought his girlfriend from NY. Ok well she was such a snob and had a stick so far up her ass she couldn't breathe.

The underlying situation:

He and I have been friends for a couple of years. Very good friends. He knows every detail of my life without exception. The good bad and the ugly. Well, she doesn't even know I exist due to her fragile nature. She isn't permitted to know.


Example:

He had been drinking beer so NOW she would not permit him a drink of her water because it was going to foul up the lip of the bottle. Or she insisted on a down wind setting for the fireworks show because she didn't want his cigar smoke to waif past her. Or you should here how freaky selective she was at dinner. Never hesitating at any point to make faces over the things she didn't like.

FACT:

1) I am certain that she is a very nice girl. Just finicky In all truth it is none of my business However, several hours of repeated conversations that I knew all the answers to was beyond surreal.

2) I have already decided to sever the friendship. It's just asinine and unfair to all involved.

3) He isn't a total cad for keeping me away from her. She is a simple girl. No make up no fuss. Very dowdy In bed by 10:00 type. I am not. ( There is nothing wrong with that either. She is very happy in life as is.) He isn't happy. That is his fault.

THE DEED:

At dinner I have finally reached my fill with the whole thing.

So ... Well, she was such a snob and had a stick so far up her ass she couldn't breathe.

So ... I took them slumming in CB GB's type bar. Complete freak scene to see garage bands. It so warped them. Think I am TOO evil?
It was great. Instead of looking down their noses at people they were also being viewed as the odd balls.

I must say I was very disappointed in the way they spent the weekend making faces and speaking indifference freely at all things. I thought it was her but I think he too has gone judgmental and cynical towards all difference in people. Sad that is...

I suppose I am lowely now for what I have done. ( Though I think I can live with it!)

If it improves my image I will add that I paid for my crimes. I picked up dinner and most the drinks that night.
It was expensive but... PRICELESS

AC/DC was a lot better with Bon Scott, but I didn't really like the Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap album very much... I preferred Powerage, Highway to Hell, High Voltage, If You Want Blood and things of that nature.

Once Brian Johnson came on the scene on Back In Black, they were totally lost to me... fuck AC/DC.

Should have seen their faces! Priceless! I stayed way beyond their leaving. Some girls came over to find out what they were there for. I told them we had a great laugh and a few beers. Good memory!
