It is psychodelicious, you are beautiful, I am beautiful, we all are. People share all the same emotions, we are real, life is real, nature is real, that is the beauty of it. Without Prince and his fantastic music that we have all grown up on, we would never have met so many wonderful people on the Org, we laugh we cry, we share stories and heartache. But we survive. Look outside, we have the life, and Can it get any better? Live for today, we can all make a big difference! Big Edit [This message was edited Sat Jul 5 7:34:32 PDT 2003 by REDFEATHERS]

I always believe we are the same; we are all human beings. Of course, there may be differences incultural background or way of life, there may be differences in our faith, or we may be a different colour, but we are human beings, consisting of the human body and the human mind. Our physical structure is the same, and our mind and emotional nature are also the same. Wherever I meet people, I always have the feeling that I am encountering another human being, just like myself. I find it is much easier to communicate with others on that level... If we can leave the differences aside, I think we can easily communicate, exchange ideas and share experiences.

What happens if you've got a mental illness and the world seems like a dark, ugly place?

What is beautiful to one, could be ugly to another, or even to the same person, in a bad day.
The beautiful things are usually the ones you cannot have, and only watch from a distance.

Moderator | The world is perfect,it's the people on it that suck. In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |

We all see ugly sides Heavenly and I feel for you...it is not pretty, but we live, we survive, that is nature, we cannot do anything about it, only ensure every day we live is the best we can make of it.

So true, so true. And sometimes, I get overwhelmed by this and really depressed. But I love life, and just taking a walk in the mountains is a religious and extrrremely happy experience!!

Then change it...day by day, contribute to life, talk to people, do good things, smell the flowers, feel the heat fromthe sun, rejoice to the friends and family you have and the love you receive and give.

Sure, I do all this - I'm like the most positive person you'll ever meet (if you meet me, that is )(maybe you wouldn't even want to, 'cause I'm kind of crrrazzzyyy), but I get depressed when I look upon the global situation: Conflicts that seem unsolvable and racism and famine etc. I can try to do something about it locally, but I guess I wouldn't have much input if I went to e.g.Israel/Palestine. I just hope their conflict isn't unsolvable, as it seems to be.

All in all, I really agree with you REDFEATHERS, that The World is (truly) a Beautiful Place.

There is too much negativity and hate, and if you and me, just make a teensy weensy bit of difference each day and make someone happy, that happiness granted to the other person will be passed onto the next. It just takes one to recognise that.

I meant "you're right" to REDFEATHERS, not to Sweeny79. (No offence, Sweeny ) (I now truly see the value of quoting)

I dont wanna sound a complete pussy, but death, deformity, rape and hate, yes, they are part of this world... ...I go home to my parents and walk on the beach and breathe in the fresh sea air (a great hangover cure ) but the more advanced, technology wise, we are losing natures beauty, plus, people are always stressed and rushing that they have no time for themselves, let anone anyone else. We need to stop, breathe and realise why we are here...hell, I dont even know why I was put on earth...maybe to post crude threads on the Org but as long as it makes people laugh and destress and take away the shit they experience during at work, or at home, I will do my bit, and I do so in real life too...it is so gratifying.

Try not to start at the mass murders...they happen, granted, nobody can change the world or the hate in it over night, but if we each do our bit and show a bit of loving and compassion, you will prosper from it and others too...
