Okay, pick an org member or three and describe what you think they would sound like in terms of accent, diction, eloquence, tone and such.

Example:

IceNine - I think he would sound like a stammering prick with a thick Southern accent. His speech would be crude with poor pronunciation and even worse diction. I would expect the tone and timbre of this cretin's voice to be somewhat like the sound of a mosquito buzzing in a tin can being amplified by the cheapest of all audio equipment. Merely hearing his voice would send me into a fit of rage and I fear that I might very well do violence to myself or others after having heard it.
