I am getting a credit card.... But I know nothing about credit cards!
So...how do I choose the best one? What deal do I look out for? When to cancel? When to accept offers? Do I pay interest? Are there any organziations which has no interest on them...besides charity stuff?!

Here is a site with some basic information:
So...how do I choose the best one? What deal do I look out for? When to cancel? When to accept offers? Do I pay interest? Are there any organziations which has no interest on them...besides charity stuff?! http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/co...choose.htm If you don't understand it, I suggest you print it out and find someone you know and can trust who can explain it to you, and will answer all your other questions too. If you still don't understand, then I suggest you stick to cash. ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.

always read the fine print, never ever just sign to get a card. always look for low interest. and beware of "membership fees" they tried to get me with that on my master card and i called them and told them, there was nothing in this fine print concerning a "membership fee" and they knocked it off.just be careful and use it only for emergencies,if u really want somethin big?.. pay cash, trust me

. Credit cards are not trouble at all, it is how you handlethem. As long as you dont spend over your means and can pay back at the end of the month - incurring no hefty ibnterest charges - they can be a god send. PLUS they give insurance which cash doesnt.
