here's the problem: my girlfriend and i almost broke up recently and we have decided to keep the relationship going. she has decided to reclaim, she says, her life and take care of herself while we still go out.

at the moment i feel kind of left out of her life as she is treating me very business like, if you know what i mean. she's tough as nails sometimes. everything seems to be on her terms lately and it feels like i have no say nor can i change her mind on anything.
when we decided to keep the relationship going i told her that i wanted to do whatever i could to keep it going. she's in counselling and i told her that if she wants me too, i would go with her. i told her maybe we shouldn't see each other every single damn day. some space is good i told her. but when i want to see her she refuses to come over to mine.

if there are any love doctors out there, what do i do?

Drop her... it is not looking good.

hmmm, with just this quick sketch, I'd say be patient...give her the room she needs to "reclaim her life" and be patient. Of course, this will suck and drive you crazy at moments, but that's when you can come to the Org to vent.
Don't push her much and don't panic. Of course, you also have to decide for yourself how much of this you can take, how long you can put your needs aside as she does what she needs to do. But, if you really care for her, give her some time to 'figure things out'...if it works out your relationship will be all the stronger for it...
