AnotherLoverTo o	As long as when the CEO/Mgr. was through with you, and started demoting you and sleeping with others instead, that you didn't cry "sexual harrassment"... Don't forget that there is still a power imbalance, so it's really not a wise idea. There might be a few rare exceptions, but almost always the lower employee doesn't get nearly as far as they'd hoped to and ends up (literally) shafted.

silkyspread	If i was single and attracted to him and he was to me.. then yeah why not.. But i wouldn't go into that situation ONLY for hoping to be promoted!

Yeah, I hear ya...well I just finished reading a book and the junior office assistant got together with her boss, but they did fall in love, he was a multi-millionaire... mad

Yes, just a story...then I got to talking to friends at work and the boss here has had affairs with a couple of his staff, who did get promoted during their affairs, which is why I started the thread. big grin
