I have an idea but hey...let me learn It is extremely medically unwise to circumcize females--and it's illegal in the US, and becoming illegal even in countries in Africa which typically did them. There is no reason to do it, and it can lead to horrible complications (infections, pain, inability to have intercourse with your husband or to bear a child normally) later in life. It is a barbaric practice, and much more severe than male circumcision--what they do to women is more like cutting off the entire tip of the penis.

the following may offend some conservative types:
LISTEN, to all you poor, hapless people who prefer the aesthetic of 'cut' (SUCH a barbaric and archaic a term and procedure), the foreskin, DOES GO BACK...and if it doesn't then there is something wrong and it can be tended to professionally...but NO it doesn't feel great all the time (in the wrong hands) when it goes back...it needs gentle care unlike the less sensitive 'cut' cock... but it DOESN'T feel great on a girl to get your clit rubbed really hard now either, does it? you're not circumsized are you, god forbid...don't expect your man to be either!!! sheeesh! break the fucking backward porn stereotype! my girlfriend PREFERS the fact that i am more sensitive and thinks 'CUT' guys look butchered (sorry guys...that's what she said). the point is... sex is far more pleasurable for an uncircumsized man and in the US and in other parts of the world people will look back on this time in history as UTTERLY BARBARIC for men sexually...AND that men weren't sexually as free as they could be...and were thrown into a stereotype through the sick, PAINFUL procedure (yes the baby feels it!!!!!) of an archaic religious practise. you poor 'cut' fellows will never know what it is like to have a foreskin and i feel very sorry for you...this isn't a "less of a man" thing....all i can say is, DON'T DON'T DON'T make the mistake your parents made...leave the little fellas DICK alone!!! IT'S HIS! NOT YOURS! CHRIST! and the "not clean" things is the biggest load of shit you will ever here. it's very easy to use a little soap under there, you know!!! BE NATURAL! . a real woman will appreciate your cock for it's natural beauty and ability to receive pleasure, not the artifically sculptured look that is really thankfully becoming passe now anyway (in australia, less are cut now thank god)...yes, we have been conditioned to think it looks right that way....but really, to have the head of the penis exposed all the time is unnatural, just as it is with the head of the clitoris....both have a 'hood' and should be left that way until aroused! . I agree with Mrdespues. I had twins. One boy and one girl. When they asked me if I wanted him circumsized, I said yeah. I had never been taught anything different. The decision was totally cultural. They didn't give him any anesthetic. The nurse was like...it will be over before the anethetic kicks in. When they brought him back to me, his litte wee-wee was all red with a little ring on it. He would cry every time he peed. And I don't mean just cry. You know how babies cry and they kind of tremble cause they are in pain? That was almost fourteen years ago and I still remember the way he cried. I felt so guilty. I vowed then that if I ever had another son, I would not do that to him. This practice was probably a good thing back in the day due to hygenic purposes. But nowdays... We need to stop butchering our babies. **************************************************

I have to say as someone born in the U.S., uncut penises take some getting used to. I love them in theory: They have a sort of primitive appeal, and watching an uncut guy moan and squirm during sex is massive fun. But until you get used to handling the extra...uh... material, it seems to just get in the way sometimes.
In the end, though, I have to agree with Mrdespues -- uncut is probably better for any number of reasons. We shouldn't be hacking our boys' members to pieces just because we have some odd obsession to control and interfere with everything. Nature probably knows best here. And while we're at it, guys, STOP SHAVING YOUR BODIES, TOO!!! Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

A cut mans penis end is exposed to clothing air and shit, an uncut penis is protected by the foreskin. A cut penis loses sensitivity because of this and the soft skin becomes harder over the years. An uncut penis remains soft over the years.
Do your maths. | |

thank you very much to all those who agreed with my comments. it is a relief to find that not EVERYBODY just goes with the flow when it comes to things like this.

Snufflelofogist lol. I have a buddy who had a similar experience, though he tells me that being uncut causes that area to be extra sensitive, and thusly increasing pleasure. I question what he has to compare it too, but in a logical sense I can see where he's comming from (no pun intended there, sorry). So that's my two MF cents.

[This message was edited Fri Jul 4 7:47:17 PDT 2003 by mrdespues] I was off the org for the three day weekend, but wanted to respond to mrdesques' post. I agree with everything here, and wanted to let you know that in my opinion...in time, it will probably go back to the natural way God intended. However, I still remember the strange looks the kids got in the gym locker room (or the showers) who weren't circumcised... how did being 'different' make you feel? I'd like to know. I didn't want my boys to feel that way... or to get strange looks from the future women in their lives. I'm cut.. my boys are too. If I wasn't cut, my boys probably wouldn't be. I think it was just because I wanted them to be like their dad, or for the reasons already stated... no questions. In the future... maybe they'll see things more differently. ...and of course, now I feel guilty. In any case, I'm glad that this thread turned out to be more of an educational thread than just sex talk. I have learned a lot from most of you... (excluding careydevi's post, of course! ). I think it's purely cultural now... medical observations and findings have already knocked off all the prior cleanliness issues regarding hygene. The bible is very, very old... the reasons listed there are outdated as well... as is their reasons for not eating pork. Thanks to all who posted. |
