I have to say as someone born in the U.S., uncut penises take some getting used to. A cut mans penis end is exposed to clothing air and shit, an uncut penis is protected by the foreskin. A cut penis loses sensitivity because of this and the soft skin becomes harder over the years. An uncut penis remains soft over the years.
