i just filleted a fish for the first time... ...needless to say, the portions will be small this evening!

You made me laugh with this one...I can imagine you filletting the fish...then rushing to your computer and loggin on to Prince.org to tell us aaall about it. Funny!

Worry about the smell of Salmon on your keyboard too! :^D Howdy!  I've had the pleasure (?) of preparing fish myself a number of times, and I just wanted to say that lemon juice helps if you want to get rid of the smell! | |
