Sex & Religion

This is the problem with the US and the Middle East:

One has too much sex and not enough religion...

The other has too much religion and not enough sex.

The point is that people in the middle east should feel like it's mateing season all year round with all that sunshine, and US leaders should open a bible (or a holy book of your religion :few: ) and learn from it!

I honestly have no idea what you are talking about. The US is a very religious country where people are also very interested in sex. Same thing goes for the middle east.

Are you saying the US is not religious and that people in the middle east aren´t interested in sex? Or do you mean the other way around? hmmm

Either way you´ve got it all wrong. You even got the forum wrong,

Seems to me that the US leaders open bibles all of the time and pretend to follow it--in fact, much of the time, they behave as if they alone are righteous and holy, then they attempt to legislate their morality to everyone. It's the interpretation of the bible that can be problematic.

Also, seems to me that people in the Middle East have plenty of sex. It's just not as blatantly shown in their media as it is here. Sex is often legislated more there (usually by religious laws created by government, not taken from the Koran) than it is in the U.S., too.

Do you mean that my interpretation was your comment "in a nutshell"? In that case you´re not only prejudiced - you also don´t even know what you´re talking about. My point, since I have to spell it out for you, was that the US and the middle east are similar when it comes to being interested in sex and religion. Not the other way around.

hey! Do indian kids know what sex even is or do they just marry and have sex?!

Most indian kids I speak to tell me that they thought children just happened and they didn't know what it was until 2 or 3 years ago.
I found out when I was in 7th grade when I was reading a book on Ramadan( an Islamic fasting thing!!) LOL...

Last I checked the stats, Cairo is the most overpopulated city in the world. If anyone has visited, they have seen how polluted, dirty, vermin-infested and cramped a place it is. India is very similar. The quality of life for most people is not ideal, and there are huge health/poverty problems!

The Taliban is a good example of this, they made up laws for women and men which didn't come from the Koran. I'll send you an orgnote! smile

Ok I'll explain. I merely suggested
that the US SHOULD be more religious
and less sexual...and maybe some of the religious freaks in the middle east
need to get banged more to loosen up.
