After meat processors make Hot Dogs, Sausage, Beef Pattys, Ham, and any other meat product that's out there, they just don't throw away the scrap, they take that, along with the other nasty ass parts of several animals and make this cube of "meat" called Scrapple. It's gray in color until you cook it, then it turns brown. You can find it primarily on the east coast. I grew up in Philly so I love that shit. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the one to normally would eat nasty shit like Chitlins, Hog Maws, and Pig's feet :yuck: , but I can't front on this shit right'chea.
