I just wanted to say that I love Dr. Phil.
He's so skilled and human. He knows what he does. He's intelligent and transparent.

If I were gay, I think I would fancy him.

What I like about Dr. Phil is that he is no-nonsense and doesn't hold your hand and make excuses when you're a fuck up. He says things like: "well, you could sit around and analyze why you do what you do, and talk about your childhood for several years...or you could just stop the behavior right now and your life would improve ".

I think that kind of advice is great stuff!
