Find the pic you want to post from the net, right click on the picture and look at the properties. This should tell you the pictures url address.
eg. http://umd.net/umdforum/p...34copy.jpg

Copy and past it into your message puting the image brackets before and after it [ i m g ] [ / i m g ]
