i'm always amazed at how perfect and without frills insects are. their tiny bodies are perfectly suited for their function - nothing more and nothing less. of course, i don't kill them, i just gently put them outside - people around me know not to mess with them; i've come to the rescue of many a creepy crawly thing over the years. (i'd have to make an exception for GWB, however!)

that's really good you don't kill them ib1tch, they deserve to live... I try to do the same (set them outside and let them be free) but occasionally I don't see them in the dark and crunch they're dead... I feel guilty for about five or ten minutes.. sad

I don't like ants either.

However, I've discovered a way to overcome my dislike. I lure away one of the little buggers, with the promise of sweets or magazines or something, then when it's suitably removed from the others, I thrash it! smile

Works for me.

Any crawling mass of little critters will do.

I was in the zoo about two months back and they had this wall with glass houses, all filled with insect.

Some had a few, other had HUNDREDS.

Believe me, hundreds of cockroaches do not look nice at all.
