Why dont Foreigners paying taxes when they come in the US?


I hear that asians dont pay taxes because they were in concentration camps here
I hear somali people dont pay taxes (unknown reason)
and I dont understand why...please tell me how the government works this out?

Your statements are too broad and frankly don't make a lot of sense.

I'm Canadian, so I don't know American policy as well as Americans, but I believe you are way off base here.

There do exist incentive programs and tax programs that are designed to give ethnic minorities that a leg-up in the competitive world of free enterprise, but the American government doesn't just tax white people, if that is what you are getting at. Wherever you heard this information, I think you better check the sources.
