Technology (cell phones) don't yall remember how cell phones use to look, they where so big and junky looking, yet every time you saw a person with one you thought they where somebody hold obviously had it going on  ... nowadays everybody as a cell phone and the smaller they are the better... ain't it funny how things change during time

It's come too far. I remember the days when our family had a cell phone before most people (relatively speaking, as in, 1993/94, before they really took off). Then everyone got one, and we weren't special. I also remember being one of the first families to have a pentium computer, then everyone got one, and we weren't special. Then, we were one of the first families to get a DVD player, and home theatre system. Then, everyone get one, and we weren't special. Fuck all y'all who don't want me to be special. Ah I love gadgets and technology... it's my life really.
Interestingly, if I compare my brick-like Siemens S1 (very old) with my brand new Nokia 3650, they are almost the same size
Of course, the newer handset does a billion different things, whereas the old phone ... makes calls and that's it. It's funny, I still have all the mobile phones I've ever had in the past 10 years (a very large number, but I won't say because you'll laugh at me), and they all still work (well except for the analogue ones - those networks were cancelled years ago). Putting them side by side, is a good indication of how the tech has advances over 10 years. | |

But isn't it true that a cell phone and a mobile phone are two different things...? Don't really get it - U can't SMS from a cellphone, so what's the use? btw, Nokia 3310 rox | |

I wish cell phones had never been invented.
