The idea makes me extremely squeemish, but I'd do it if I could.

I've donated blood often...there was one time, tho, when I couldn't because I had an "irregular heartbeat"...there are still times when my heart seems to just...stop..for a few seconds, then start beating again. Freaky to experience...

I was a blood donor right up until '98, when my spleen was ruptured and my veins decided to move to other locations. In simple speak, there's no way anybody can get that kinda flow outta me anymore. Also I scar easily and I kinda look like a junkie anyway since my injury. So not anymore. I'd donate a kidney any day, I don't need both of mine. | |

I'm willing but I havn't had the chance yet. I did have a doner card but I lost it (I'll get another) I'm not sure how I feel about donating things that will shorten my life span like Kidneys, I may have 2 say no there unless it's someone I really love (RedFeathers or Kylie ) but I don't have a problem with blood or bone marrow!
