Heh... until about two years ago, I was around 115 pounds. My friend Lisa from college recently told me that hugging me used to feel weird because it felt as if there was nothing there. I don't diet or have an eating disorder... in fact, my wife used to get on my case for eating too many fast-food hamburgers. I guess I just have a fast metabolism. What makes a man sexy to me is eloquence. I know it sounds like I'm just trying to be nice, but it really has an effect on me if a man sounds educated and really knows what he is talking about and really loves knowledge. Even an ugly guy suddenly looks better to me after he's given his dissertation. I think a lot of those strange professor-student crushes happen not because the professor is hot but because many women are attracted to brains.
My fiance is finishing his Masters in aeronautical engineering and boy does he look good when he's talking about crap I don't know about. 
On a purely external level, I like men with an olive complexion, short dark hair, protruding lips, thin cheeks and tall. Examples: Omar Sharif when he was younger, Prince, Brandon Boyd of Incubus, Johnny Depp (w/ short hair), younger George Harrison, Jude Law, etc.
