The Department has analyzed all the available data related to departures and arrivals. It concluded that the issue is now a matter of public health and that steps are needed to return the site to wellness.

Starting immediately, departure annoucements will be strictly controled. While we recognize the right of people to say "Goodbye", we also must think about the site's health. The Org is still bleeding from previous annoucements, and any additional bloodletting could compromise its chances of recovery.

Therefore, we ask the Org's constituency to refrain from announcing their departure publicly at this time or at least delay the annoucement. Give the place that nurtured your development as a poster a break from this hemorrhage, even if you are really leaving. If you insist on leaving, you can always do that in a few weeks. The Department could even undertake to announce your departure itself at a later time.

Should you choose to make your announcement during this Departure Moratorium, the Department will consider creative disciplinary measures yet to be disclosed (and completely legal according to a majority of our legal counsels).
