Какая-то программа-коротышка с интеллектом стрекозы научилась выходить в Интернет – и первое, что она там сделала – стали себя рассылать. Эка невидаль, – скажете вы? Мол, любой вирус-червь длиной меньше 100 килобайт и не такое умеет? Да, но он-то ничего не умеет, он лишь тупо воспроизводит инструкции своего автора. А вот программа, о которой я рассказываю, не была автором научена включать модем, выходить в Интернет, делать свою копию и куда-то ее отсылать. Она была научена другому – научена УЧИТЬСЯ. Вот и выучилась. Это качественно иное.

There is no such word as "ascertianable". Perhaps you mean "ascertainable" but I really can't be sure, because you seem to be intentionally obfuscating your comments with verbosity, for some reason which eludes me.
