Okay so summer has officially arrived here in normally rainy London...an English summer that is, a few days of pretty sunshine and then mad rain and grey skies 4 the following days...

Now that summer has arrived...does that give people the right to let their level of personal hygiene deteriote? I mean surely since it is very hot people should be thinking...hmmm I am gonna sweat like a pig all day and stink if I don't wear some deoderant or have a bath...

The tubes in London are a cesspit...especially when it comes to standing underneath someone's arm pit because you are shorter than the average person and trying to hold on...and u have your face crushed against someone suede backpack...u can smell the sweat, the BO, whateva u wanna call it...and u r just trying 2 hold on cuz u no u only got another few stops 2 go and u will get some air...but trying 2 hold ur breath ain't helping, cuz ur turning purple now and people r beginning 2 stare...

I love the summer...but hate the smells that it brings.

Sometimes I wish I lived in London, maybe going to live there for a year...

I don't know how about others, but I usually take a bath 2-3 times a day when it's hot. Body lotion, deodorant, moisturisers - vital things!

And it's terrible when others smell like a pig-farm... eeew

stinky or not, I'm on my way...I'll be in London in 18 Days

Glastonbury is a big ol' Festival. 5 days of campjng, 3 days of performances, and gagillion things to do. It's on a farm that basically turns into a city for 5 days. TONS of people, TONS to do...it's one of the coolest things I've ever been to in my life...I can't wait!!

hygene is such an important thing for all of us to take care of:nod: i just can't understand why people would want to torture themselves or others like that. Deoderant, perfumes,lotions are all out there and availabe. I use to have a lady and her daughter from England stay with our family when I was younger... The house smelled fine except for their room... none of us could even go in there ...needless to say they didnt last long
