I think it's worthwhile bearing in mind how you wish to be remembered, and how you will be remembered at this precise point in time. I can't control how others view me, so I simply concentrate on how I view myself...nobody else alive will ever know what transpires within my head, my heart, my soul...only I will...and knowing all these things gives me the ability to better/more accurately view myself, my words, my actions...if I'm living up to the true person my inner self has been telling me to be since day 1...Personally, I don't concentrate at all on how I "wish to be remembered"...I figure that, if I live my life as honestly and sincerely as I can, the rest will take care of itself.

Nice, Sensual. I think I'd be worried if my unshakeable faith was based on anything other than myself. You may already know that about me?
a compassionate person; willing to give of my time and energy to help others. On another level, I view myself as too attentive to what is pretty in a material way. I collect gemstone rings and diamond rings. I like pretty hairstyles. I like pedicures and manicures.I am a girlie girl. I like being pampered. I like to smile. I like to see others happy. I am not interested in my geneology or anybody else's; for this reason I am perceived as unintelligent by those who put lots of stock in that sort of thing. I was valedictorian, national merit finalist, won many academic awards... algebra, chemistry, physics, geometry. I won no awards in social sciences. I hate dates and details. I hate cookbooks and recipes. I drive whatever car my husband gives me. I am not particular about that. It does not bother me that my husband pays all the bills. He seems to like taking care of me. I have lots of friends, most of them male. Some people don't like me. (for some reason that makes me smile) I think it's because I know I have done no wrong to anyone. I am not perfect by a long shot. I like being me.

I don't think it is possible to know a person completely on a message board. We only see what you allow us to see.

How others perceive me is of no importance. It is how I present myself to the world, to myself that matters..
Am I caring? Am I respectful? Do I show absolute love? Do I provide a caring, and safe environment for those that I love? Am I just, and unbiased when presented with quesion? I say I am all of those. CarrieLee I got your postcard yesterday! Thank You ^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^
Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections... unknown

Other people's perception of you may be of no importance to you but what they might be thinking of you, is often based on the vibe you've given them in the first place. I'd be surprised if it's always in your best interests to dismiss how you are being perceived by others.

I see what you are saying.. but I am who I am and that is all that I am.. People either love you or hate you. I cannot change how others perceive me. It is all in what that mirror has to show you. ^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^

You can be whatever you want to be, and that you can strongly influence how others perceive you (based on how you view yourself).
