It's a Tripod-based image, so I doubt it will be here 4 long tho - the larger file no loner exists seemingly??? So...how about a kitten in a glass instead?

The cat in the glass image could be pulled off in photoshop. The lighting on the cat and the shadow that the cat in the glass is casting just seem a little bit unnatural. The right edge of the glass looks like feathered or anti-aliased edge, so I'm thinking its fake like the bonsai kitten pics. Nothin to worry about lol.
They could have photographed the cat seperately with a pane of glass pressed against the lower half of the body, to get the squashed fur and paw. Then bring that image into photoshop and warp it to look cylindrical like the glass. Then superimpose the glass over top of it, add some minor details like the shadow, and you're done. He would crawl in head first, and then turn himself around once he was in so he looked just like that. He would just sit there for a while and even fall asleep sometimes.
