I DECLARE THAT THERE SHOULD BE A LOCKED THREAD FORUM im missin some good shit here!

Some might consider such methods as deleting posts and/or threads to be oppressive. I like to think of it as FUNpressive!

There should be a Museum of Org Horrors.
What better way to document the wisdom of our moderators and the devilishness of offenders than to transfer their threads to a special section, for all to see? People who would repent would see their offensive threads deleted from the Museum unless they agree to keep it there for the edification of future generations. Many would purposefully create "lockable" threads solely to be enshrined in the Locked Thread Forum...there would be a contest going as to who has the most locked threads in the Locked Thread Forum...it would be some sort of rather immature status symbol around here...not to mention it would require even more storage space/bandwidth for Ben...

Not a good idear... I think the risk of that outweighs the benefit of knowing what's up. Right now, some are going on about the bad decisions and there's no way to assess. If the mods can recognize fake flames, I'm sure they'll recognize attempts to get enshrined in the Museum of Org Horrors. | |
