Anyone Here Work For Sprint? If so... give me a direct number so I can pay my bill and get my phone turned back on! This is driving me nuts! What is it with them not opening until noon, my time?! It should be 24 hour service!

Stoopid World! I know... And, to top it off, they never sent me a bill. I think what happened was that I ordered this new phone and had them put it on my bill... so when my new bill came up they shut me down for having too much money being owed to them. I don't understand... if I don't get a bill, how am I supposed to pay?

I don't get dropped calls anymore... but, anyway... I wasn't shut off for non-payment (good thing because I never did get a bill), but because I did not do the whole verification process within 90 days (even though it's been over 90)... so, they shut it off. So... if you have Sprint... do that whole verification thing... or else!
