there is a place in charleston called hyman's that i eat at all the time (and no that is not meant to be a filthy joke), and they sell all kinds of seafood po'boys... shrimp, fish, scallops, oysters, crab, the whole deal... the fried oyster po' boy is generally my favorite, but the scallops are starting to take a very close second...
