At Pike Place Market in Seattle there is a little stand where you can get vegetarian corn dogs. They are great. Veggie dogs taste just like regular ones, and they are better for you, and cruelty-free. . .and like anything, delicious battered and fried.

you don't have to put a lot on the tomato-basil burgers... they have so much flavor that they pretty much dress themselves... so, no sauces (although you could do a little marinara or hot sauce)... i generally do tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and green peppers... no cheese though... there's already mozerella in the veggie burger... ... garlic power is good on them, too... ...

that's what i did... about 8 years ago... i gave it all up because i wanted to drop some weight... and when i started reading about the ways that some of the animals are treated, i decided not to start eating it again, once the weight was gone...

but i guess growing up on an island, i couldn't let the seafood go... i'd rather cut off one of my arms... ... well, maybe not... but i do love me some seafood...
