Who here has quit using the Allen Carr method?

I have. Three days ago.

I can get my head round most of the concepts he speaks of.

Can anyone relate their experiences? I am finding that I'm obsessed with the whole fact that I'm now a non-smoker.

Wahhh!!

Quiting smoking is Great!!! I am very proud of you.

It will be tough at first, but soon the cravings will become very rare. I speak as a 10 year smoker who quit about a year ago.

Yes, but according to this unique method, I shouldn't be that bothered by the cravings.

I had smoked for 17 years.
