I do this... it is because the only way for me to get to the upper level, or the lower level, is to take the escalator... there is no other option for me... so, I walk up, or down them, to get there quicker. | |

I made a promise to myself long ago that if my life was so crazy that I had to walk up/down an escalator to get somewhere faster I would quit my job, grab a backpack and a tent, and exit civilization temporarily to reevaluate my life. I'm not kidding.
