You missed me then... go on say u did But now i am back and i have a suitcase full of earth from my home land i'm here to stay 
So much discussion and soul searching and living off of Pot Noodles and mini-milks (my depression food choices) I am here to clutter the forums a lil with more mindless bollocks the likes of which ye have never seen! To begin with lets have alook at something to get your juices flowing...
