REDFEATHERS

ANIMALS and Contagious Diseases

Do animals in general often catch sexually transmitted diseases when they fuck? boff

I mean they are not choosy who their shag-mate is, what happens if they catch something like gonhorrea or the clap, crabs or herpes?

Or are they safer to fuck than humans? What other dieases do they carry that can be transmitted to humans or vice versa?

Just wondering shrug that's all...

P.S. I have no intention in fucking your pet no no no!

I have no idea, Redfeathers. But there is a such thing as Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, at least.

This is a great question and an interesting argument Red. Here's more food for thought:

Based on what information does anyone believe that animals get AIDS? Im not sure whether we can take medical literature at face value. The latest and most highly touted study purporting to demonstrate that SIV (not HIV) causes AIDS in monkeys for example, shows no such thing. The study first violated basic principles of science by using no control group, that is, there was no comparison group of monkeys injected with cell cultures not containing SIV and kept in similar circumstances as the ones that received injections of SIV. The study claimed that three of the monkeys injected with SIV came down with AIDS, when in fact one was put to sleep after becoming anemic--anemia is not an AIDS defining illness—and the other two had "low" T cell counts but no clinical symptoms of AIDS. Although this information is contained in the study, it is not apparent at first glance and the contradictions are not noted. Also worthy of mention is that there is a collection of published medical literature showing how physical or emotional isolation and stress can lower T cell counts. Since there are no comparison groups of uninjected monkeys kept in isolation, it is not scientific to assume that the low T cell counts observed in injected monkeys are caused by SIV.

Based on what information does anyone believe animals such as monkeys can have or have passed on AIDS to humans? The medical and popular literature on this controversial idea always assumes, but never proves or demonstrates, a leap to the human species by some as yet to be illuminated process or circumstance, yet there is no scientific explanation in the medical literature. If you or your friends have found any cogent, referenced evidence for this idea, I would very much appreciate knowing about it.

Given the lack of proper scientific evidence, I think there is very little reason to accept the notion that animals have been shown to develop AIDS, whether from HIV or SIV.

Well also, we have heard about the monkeys etc, but bring it closer to home.

What if a sick fucker who fucks animals for pleasure has HIV, could it be given to a dog...that dog runs around a park and bites a child, can it be transmitted from human to animal to human???

omg I hope not... disbelief

This is not a fun thread, or tongue in cheek humour, it is a serious question that I thought I would ask and discuss.

Yes but we have had foot and mouth, mad cows disease, whatever next? SARS spread to animals?? OK I know these are not STD's but still on the same thought, these are proven diseases that are very contaminating.

I here what Ur saying however, HIV is a very fragile virus and cannot be spread to animals. Humans are the only known animals to carry HIV. There is no risk of catching HIV or AIDS from a pet.

FIV cannot be spread to humans but it can be spread to other cats pretty easily through sharing food and litter boxes. Even cuts and scratches, I think.

I thought that syphillis was originally a disease that only sheep could get. Does anyone know if that's true?
