i know someone who does this and it's very distracting. i find it hard to hear what he's actually saying when he gets going and the other day i counted 38 'fucks' in under five minutes.

i think he uses the word 'fuck' instead of saying 'um' or 'ah' like other people do when they're pausing conversationally. it's just a habit i know but it does kinda get on my nerves
