respect to those who do LAUNDRY

Back in my single days I couldn't wash shit. I could but I never took the time to do it properly. I'd buy new clothes, wash them, and they'd shrink or fade right away. I was always buying new clothes. Mervyns and melrose made bank off of my ignorant ass. Just throwin shit in the washer and dryer. Me missus does the whole she-bang. She seperates colors etc...goes back to the washer to stop it before the spin cycles to add fabric softener (wtf?fabric softner ) , soemetimes lets it soak before beginnning to agitate again etc. Then hanging some clothes and letting some go straight in the dryer. ..with dryer cling sheets etc still. Then hanging some of the clothes (preventing shrinkage), folding them. I could NOT hang with doing all of that. My clothes now last forever, never shrink, rarely fade, and dont get old real quick. So whomever does laundry and does it with care, repect. That shit is time consuming.

Your cheap ass needs to buy her a new washing machine that will automatically dispense the fabric softner at the right time big grin

I've been doing my laundry since I've been eleven years old. I don't like people doing my laundry and I don't like to do anyone else's laundry. Just a quirk of mine.

Are you going to fold them when you're done?

eek

One more thing, are you a careful folder of clothes or do you just rush through it?

Nope, you're not... do you also do it in color graduation? Like... reds, then pink, orange, yellow, then blue, dark, light, baby, green... etc? Instead of say, red, blue, yellow, orange?

Your cheap ass needs to buy her a new washing machine that will automatically dispense the fabric softner at the right time big grin

A couple of weeks ago I did the laundry and got told off by the missus for mixing colours up. Now I am banned from the washing machine.

Do you see how clever I am?
When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.
