(Art class memories from high school) I believe hue refers to color, as in sky blue vs. royal blue. Those are two different hues of blue. White is a tint and black is a shade, I think. | |

I was obsessed as a kid, and still am today. When I was in kindergarten, I failed this one assignment where we had to follow directions and make different shapes with different colors. I was the only one who failed. The teacher called my mom, who informed her, "You see, with Ian, colors, numbers, shapes, and letters are not what they are- they are his friends. And he has them in favorite order, and they must correspond. Therefore, every V Ian makes has to be yellow because both are his favorite." Yes, I am a dork. | |
