[Professor Martin] Daly notes that there is nothing about male physiology that "appears to present an insurmountable barrier to the evolution of male lactation." In fact, there are a couple cases on record in which elderly men treated with estrogen for prostate cancer were induced to lactate.

I have a male friend who is able to squeeze a milky fluid out of his nipples. Whether it is, in fact, milk, I don't know, but it's not puss and it certainly does have the consistency, etc., of typical female breast milk.
He's fairly masculine and, to my knowledge, has never introduced any hormonal supplements into his system. I can't generalize this to all males, but this is one instant I can definitely vouch for. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου
