Well... "they" say that you actually write your life out PRIOR to being born into this world... with life lessons, who you will meet, if and who you will marry, kids, etc. You are able to change these as you go along if you like, as you have written those changes as well... you also have "exit points" where you can leave the life (die), etc... which you can also bypass and move on to the next exit point. You have seven of these. Anyway... "they" say that when you experience deja vu, that it is showing you that you are right on track with where you had choosen to be. A sort of reminder that this is the life you chose and you're where you should be.

I like this theory! nod

Come to think of it, it has been a while sinse I have had Deja Vu, then again its not a shock that I am not "on track"! lol

Explain what that is to me, pejman...

say you feel like you experienced a feeling at a moment that you thought you felt before or maybe in a dream... I still get them all the time as well as when I was younger...

Yes, it has happened. Sometimes it seems like it happens a lot through different periods of time. I had once heard that this happens when your life is on track. I would go into it further, but then people would call me nutty... smile

By the way... I knew what Deja Vu was, I just wanted to see if you'd describe it for me.

big grin

I figured you knew dear... hmmm testy huh? wink well be nutty and tell me more I am very interested...

Wow thanks for that explicit breakdown Azure, if you have more I'd like to check it out, I really get into this unexplained and out of the ordinary stuff.

It used to happen to me when I was a kid but I have not felt DEJA VU since then, or at least I think I have not.

je me suis dit:

"mais.. je n'étais pas ici.. récemment???"

& puis je me suis rendu compte que c'était..
tout à fait..

un cas de "déjà vu"!
smile

disbelief

smile
I'll see you tonight..
in ALL MY DREAMS..

oh come, i wouldn't get that wound up about it. we don't generally use accents in english, so it is not natural for english speakers to use them in borrowed words, especially if their absence doesn't affect pronunciation in english. we generally only retain the accent when it is a useful guide to pronunciation (e.g. with café).

Plus there's the fact that most english speakers don;t know how to do an accent with keyboard shortcuts on the computer.

Hm, well 1800New..

MAYBE

I "encule une mouche" a bit..
but it's the PRINCIPAL of the matter!

If you speak French (or any other "accented" language),
YOU KNOW
that the accent makes a difference in pronunciation & often a difference in the meaning!

Just like George Michael sang in their hit "I'm Your Man":

"if you're gonna do it, do it RIGHT!"

With me & languages, 95% of the time I endeavor to speak them CORRECTLY. Especially the 2 foreign languages I love:

Italian (which I'm still learning)
&
French (in which I'm fluent)

The RARE, infrequent occasions I don't speak "standard English" are either when I'm playing football or.. when I'm REALLY drunk & don't give a toss about most things, anyway!
I'll see you tonight..
in ALL MY DREAMS..
