None of mine grew out. They were all impacted. Yours might be impacted too.

I doubt it, I've never had any problems with them hurting.

They don't always hurt, though.

Then why have them removed if their not bothering you?

Just to get the record straight - impacted means they don't fully come out in their correct position (omg sounds dirty!) because there's not enough room in the jaw or because the tooth is angled funny.

That said, an impacted wisdom tooth can fuck up the rest of your teeth hardcore if they come in halfway all crooked-like! I have had extensive extensive dental work and they would have started pushing my straight teeth all out of alignment if they weren't removed.
I mean, like, where is the sun?

On a related note, how many of you still have your wisdom teeth?

Not I. The bottom two were pulled at age 14, and the top two were pulled at age 20. No pain... the nitrous oxide and novocaine did the trick.

I saved one or two of them as samples of my DNA.

Still got's mine!!

U're not whole! no no no!

My son got his removed when he was 6.
His were extrordinarily LARGE normally, and
when they got inflammed, he could
hardly swallow.
No more snoring for him...we used to hear him
from our bedroom!
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
