The Department of Motor Vehicles thread reminds me of something that once happened to me. When I was old enough to learn how to drive, I went to the Department of Motor Vehicles to take the written test. Well, I didn't do so well on the test and flunked it. What made it worse was there was a woman cop there who actually yelled at me for flunking. WTF?? I can laugh now, but when it happened I was pretty upset about it.

The good news is that the next time I went to take the written exam, I passed, and I passed the driving exam with flying colors. So the story had a happy ending.

Thank you, Now could you tell me, ARE YOU PAID TO DISSEMINATE INFORMATION LIKE THE SIGN SAYS OR BE RUDE? I reminded her that it was our state taxes that paid her. (In truth I was really upset because the woman in front of me had a rough time with English. She treated her like she was retarded.) She was entirely demeaning. At least she learned the language and was trying.

:EEK: Security came over and flanked me. I don't think they liked her either as they sort of smiled and did nothing.
