Gov't Mule India.Arie Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes these aren't all of the bands/artists... just the ones that i'm planning on seeing... seen dylan 3 times already, so i'm most excited about seeing cracker, buddy buy, the time, and the isley brothers...  ...

I've stopped going to Music Midtown unless there's someone there I am DYING to see...it's way too crowded, and way too many drunk high school kids that don't know how to handle their liquor. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I can't deal with all that anymore.

By the way, Francine Reed is INCREDIBLE...have you ever seen her before?i hate the drunk high school kids as well... i nearly got into 7 or 8 fights with drunk retarded high school trying to shove their way to the front, although i'd been standing in my spot of hours... one kid was trying to his push his way to the front at dylan, so i shoved him to the ground... and he gets up and bumps into this old hippie, who gets pissed and shoves him... and keeps getting bumped into people who shove him... and it was almost like a mosh pit... and we were pretty close to the front, so for a second, dylan looks to our side like, "wtf..? i've never seen that at one of my concerts before"... :LOL:... this year, i'm gonna tone it down some... i'm really not in the mood to fuck around with the high school kids... then again, i'm not sporting the large burgundy mohwak this year, so i shouldn't stand out so much... i think a lot of the little shits were so drunk that they thought, "hey, let's go fuck with the mohawk dude... what a tool..."... i hate high school kids...  ...

Francine Reed is wonderful...I used to work at this acoustic music club that holds about 200 people and she played there. She was amazing (and she was cool--she tipped all the bartenders $20 just for doing our job!) It was cool because she's NOT the usual folksy acoustic fare that plays at my old job, so it was a nice change of pace.
